Ideal for business and leisure trips, Berrini is a PRIVATE PROPERTY located on the quiet Rua Quintana, a few meters from the JK Iguatemi Shopping Mall.

The 52m² apartment has a Queen Size bed, Wi-Fi included, air conditioning, Smart TV with open channels, Phytoervas amenities, kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and basic utensils.

The project is a flat model and has 24-hour reception, security and parking services (paid service), as they were not designed by MOVINN, the standard of service may not be the same as what our customers are used to in other projects managed by us.

For those who love a healthy lifestyle, the hotel offers a gym with modern equipment.

In addition to all this, you can also count on the hotel's partners: Rubi Restaurant, which offers breakfast every day (not included in the package), Tulsi Indian Cuisine Restaurant, specializing in contemporary cuisine, and Bali Lounge, with a garden , ideal for get-togethers, lunches and dinners.

We provide linen: sheets, blankets and towels. The change of linen or request for additional items is negotiated directly with us upon payment of a fee.

All apartments are already equipped with the linen kit for the reservation period. Any linen used beyond what is available, without informing us, will be charged!

For guest access to the resort, it is mandatory to send certain documents, which will be requested after confirming your reservation, such as a copy of an official document issued by the government of your country, with a photo, of all guests. Our service team must receive documents within opening hours, or check-in will not be allowed.

During your stay, anyone and everyone who needs to receive in the apartment will have authorized access, as long as they are previously notified (with full name, identity document number and photo of documentation).

Our concierge can allow two visitors per day. Guests cannot access common areas, which are intended only for guests staying there.

It is not allowed to go shirtless in common areas, subject to a fine.

It is strictly prohibited to leave bags at the building reception.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out must be done by 11:00 pm, if you exceed this time, a fine will be charged.

Items forgotten in the apartment will be stored for 30 days in our Lost and Found department. After this period, they will be discarded or donated to a partner institution.
