A Movinn se preocupa com a segurança de nossos hóspedes e por isso passamos por uma verificação de duas etapas para novas reservas.
Para o acesso ao condomínio, é obrigatório o envio de alguns documentos, que serão solicitados após a confirmação de sua reserva, tais como cópia de documento oficial emitido pelo governo de seu país, com foto, de todos os hóspedes.
Para os apartamentos que disponibilizam vaga de garagem, é necessário nos enviar os dados do carro para confirmação junto ao condomínio, para os apartamentos que não possuem vaga de garagem, é possível adquirir a vaga diretamente no site do estacionamento, com a empresa Garageinn, a contratação deve ser feita com o mínimo de 4 horas antes do check-in.
Durante sua estadia, toda e qualquer pessoa que precise receber no apartamento terá seu acesso autorizado, desde que esteja previamente avisado (com nome completo, número do documento de identidade e foto da documentação).
Nossa portaria pode liberar até dois visitantes por dia, os convidados não podem acessar as áreas comuns, que são destinadas apenas aos clientes hospedados
A troca de enxoval e arrumação é feita após sete noites, e o valor está incluso na reserva, o horário é programado por nossa equipe.
Caso haja a necessidade de troca do enxoval antes desse período, será cobrada uma taxa adicional, para tal, é necessário agendamento prévio com a Movinn. A lavagem do enxoval pelo cliente é estritamente proibida, pois as peças necessitam de cuidados específicos, portanto são lavadas em lavanderia profissional, em caso de descumprimento, será cobrado o valor integral do kit.
Oferecemos arrumação diária opcional, caso tenha interesse, é necessário o agendamento prévio com pelo menos um dia de antecedência junto à equipe Movinn, o valor da taxa de arrumação diária opcional é de R$40,00.
Temos a cobrança de caução de R$600,00 para todos os clientes (exceto Airbnb). O valor será cobrado em seu cartão de crédito e devolvido em até trinta dias após checkout.
É expressamente proibido fumar no interior dos apartamentos, caso seja detectado o descumprimento desta regra, será aplicada uma multa no valor integral da caução.
O empreendimento está equipado com geradores para as áreas comuns, elevadores e luzes de emergência ao longo das rotas de fuga; esses recursos são essenciais para auxiliar em situações de queda de energia.
O horário de check-in é a partir das 15:00 horas, e o check-out deve ser feito impreterivelmente até às 11:00, caso ultrapasse o horário, será cobrada uma multa.
Não é permitido andar sem camisa nas áreas comuns, sujeito a multa.
OBSERVAÇÃO: Após o check-out, será realizada uma vistoria nos apartamentos e, caso seja identificada qualquer avaria, será cobrada uma multa.
Itens esquecidos no apartamento serão armazenados por 30 dias em nosso Achados e Perdidos. Após esse prazo, serão descartados ou doados para uma instituição parceira.

A fee of R$250.00 is charged for pets.

We charge a deposit of R$1,000.00 for all guests (except Airbnb). The amount will be charged to your credit card and returned within seven days after checkout.
After checkout, an inspection of the apartment will be carried out and if any damage or fine reported by the condominium is identified, the amount will be charged to the deposit.
We have a mandatory change of linens after 7 nights. The cost is included in the reservation and the change time is scheduled by our team.
If you need to change your linens before this period, an additional fee will be charged and, for this, you must schedule an appointment with MOVINN in advance. It is strictly forbidden for the guest to wash the linens. In case of non-compliance, the full amount of the kit will be charged.
We offer a cleaning service in your apartment from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (we do not have a cleaning service on Sundays). Our team visits during these hours according to the daily schedule, cleaning takes place even when the guest is not at the property.
In order for the guest to access the condominium, it is mandatory to send some documents, which will be requested after the confirmation of your reservation, such as a copy of an official document issued by the government of your country, with a photo, for all guests. Our service team must receive the documents within the opening hours, or check-in will not be allowed.
During your stay, any and all guests who need to be received in the apartment will be authorized to enter, provided that they have been notified in advance (with their full name, ID number and photo of the document).
Our concierge can allow two visitors per day. Guests are not allowed to access the common areas, which are reserved for guests staying in the apartment only.
It is not permitted to walk around shirtless in the common areas, as this will result in a fine.
It is strictly forbidden to leave luggage at the reception desk.
